What kind of issues can I bring to Binyan Shalem?

Any issue affecting the marriage. Whether it’s early on ironing out differences or later and more significant. We are here to help. (Please note we do not get involved in divorces as that is beyond our scope).

Is reaching out completely confidential?

Yes. Reaching out to Binyan Shalem is completely confidential. We only involve people you ask us to involve, or those you acknowledge need to be involved.

What happens after I submit the Get Help form?

We will reach out by text or phone to get a better picture of the situation. Often, an in-person meeting will follow. If it is a smaller issue, it can often be resolved over the phone.

Is there a cost for receiving support?

There is no cost for receiving support from Binyan Shalem. Depending on budget and need, we may refer you to professionals whose services are free or subsidized. We work closely with them to ensure the highest level of care.

Can someone reach out on behalf of a couple?

Yes, but we only get involved if the couple is on board.

How do rabbinical guidance and professional referrals work together?

The Rabbi and the couple will agree on a course of action, and then the referral is made. Sometimes the Rabbi will speak with the professional directly; other times, that is not necessary. The Rabbi stays involved to make sure everything is moving forward properly.

What makes Binyan Shalem different?

Our process. Rabbi Shaul Haber is involved in every case, either directly or through our partners or yours. When necessary, we refer couples to select professionals, with a preference for highly qualified experts whose fees are lower. Our view is simple: someone seeking help should not have to carry the burden of more bills.

There is no cost, but can I donate?

Yes, of course. Like any organization, we have operating costs, and donations help us continue providing support at no cost to couples. Thank you. Donate to Binyan Shalem
